  • The initial consultation is around 75minutes. I take a detailed case history. This includes not just your main health concern, but all of your concurrent / recent health issues, diet and lifestyle as all of our body systems are intricately related. Naturopathy sees the body as a whole and assesses the links between each body system. For example, a bacterial / fungal imbalance in the gut microbiome may contribute to skin issues.

Following the case history, I will then discuss the suspected contributing causes to your health concern and share the recommended dietary, lifestyle, herbal and nutritional support. This includes the duration, costs and expectations.

Finally, I will write your naturopathic plan which includes all the recommendations in a clear table and email this to you.

  • As of 1 Feb 2025:

    Initial consult (75mins): $230

    Follow-up consult (60mins): $185

    Interim consult (30mins): $110

Herbs, supplements and homeopathics are separate from the consultation fee.

  • Some clients share that they see a significant improvement from 3-4 weeks (such as eczema clearing up over 90% and being able to eat their favourite foods again after years of being unable to) while others see a gradual and sustained improvement over a period of several months.

The timeframe depends on how long you have had the condition for, client compliance to the naturopathic recommendations, concurrent health conditions, your lifestyle and environment.

Healing is a two way journey. At my end, I will provide a safe space to listen to your health concerns and offer practical and cost-effective recommendations for healing. At your end, you will have to implement the recommendations and do your best to ensure the pillars of health are supported (nourishing foods, good sleep, reducing exposure to allergens and toxins)

  • No. While I recommend some clients to get blood tests done with their GP and/or do functional tests (e.g. gut microbiome testing) when indicated, I am mindful of issues like fear of blood draws and costs.

If clients decide not to do testing, I am still able to support them.

For instance, while a gut microbiome test can show imbalances in gut bacteria, a good case taking can glean similar clues. A client who has constant bloating with fibre-rich foods, experiences excessive flatulence and has chronic diarrhoea has a higher likelihood of having gut microbiome imbalances.

  • Certainly. I am trained to recommend herbs and supplements safely to avoid interactions with medications.

Clients have shared that over time they were able to wean off medications (e.g. biologics for eczema, corticosteroid creams, pain medications, PPIs) with the approval of their doctor(s).

  • Yes. I support babies from 6months old.

For example, in babies with eczema, I will suggest safe recommendations including adjustments to the mum's diet (if breastfeeding) to provide nutrients to the baby, using supplements that are safe for infants (e.g. infant probiotics, multivitamins, DHA) and homeopathics.

I believe in collaborative care with the family doctor / Pediatrician, and would ask that each client keeps their primary care doctors updated.

  • Yes. I ensure all my recommendations are safe for pregnancy and lactation.

  • No. I support a wide range of conditions including thyroid issues, blood sugar dysregulation, yeast infections, gut issues, chronic infections, joint pains, autoimmune conditions, respiratory issues, female reproductive health, insomnia, chronic stress and anxiety and more.

In fact, because the skin is a reflection of our internal health, I treat these conditions daily. For example:

    - When a client's bloating and indigestion improves, they can absorb nutrients better and their skin improves

    - When a client's heavy periods, clots and painful periods improve, their hormones are more regulated and their skin improves

    - When a client's thyroid is functioning better, their skin is less dry, hair is less dry and energy improves.

  • No. I am a qualified Naturopath. My scope of practice includes herbs, nutrition and homeopathy.

Your medical doctor will continue to be your contact for primary care.

I believe in collaborative care with other healthcare professionals. Where necessary, I will make referrals to co-manage cases with GPs, Somatic Therapists and/or TCM.
